Fees and Privacy

Delivering tele-health (video or telephone) sessions
Cost is $250 per session
With a Mental Health Plan from your GP rebate of $130 is available through Medicare for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year
If after your 10 sessions you require more, the fee is $200 until your care plan rebate recommences

The first session typically involves an assessment
Where I will discuss with you the issue at hand
Have a brief look at your history
And then together we discuss a plan for moving forward

I use evidence based therapies
Such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
and Clinical Hypnotherapy
