About Dr. Arthur Stabolidis
I completed my training through the University of Melbourne and conducted clinical research through the Royal Women’s Hospital.
In my therapy work, I focus on a few core areas: building self-awareness without getting stuck in it, learning how to regulate emotions more effectively, and developing ways to manage stress that actually hold up in real life.
I am endorsed by The Psychology Board of Australia as a Clinical Psychologist and a Board Approved Supervisor. My main areas of work include anxiety, chronic pain, depression, grief, ADHD and managing life changes.
I am also trained in clinical hypnotherapy which I use particularly in the management of chronic pain, endometriosis, fibro neuralgia, IBS, and trauma.
Before psychology, I studied studied music and computer science,. I still utilise those skills to build practical psychology tools which you can explore here.
