Our habits and environment
Shape our behaviour
More than we would like to think
And so this is a perfect time
To consider your current habits
And cultivate an environment that preserves your well-being
So get up as soon as your alarm sounds
And before you have time to think about anything else
Make your bed and and have a shower
Make sure you have your three lists for the day:
Must do list (in order of priority – with self-care activities inserted in there)
Could do list
Master List of To-do Items
We are our habits
So now is the time to build new habits
For example:
Each time you clean your hands
Clear your mind
By focusing on the out breath 5 times
Insert new habits into old ones
Prepare your lunch
And clean your kitchen before you eat
Keep your house tidy
Keep your hands clean
And keep your mind calm and alert
Here are some exercises you can use
To refresh your mind

This isolation time
Is a wonderful opportunity
So make the most of it.
